CHATEAU AD FRANCOS BLANC
GREAT
WHITE TERROIR
Manual harvesting allows the whole bunches to be pressed with their stems. Pressing is preceded by skin maceration in order to extract maximum aromas.
Fermentations take place partly in an ovoid concrete vat, a thermoregulated stainless steel vat and in barrels in order to provide fat, roundness and complexity. Batonnages are carried out regularly to give an incomparable body.
We can say that the white wine of Château Ad Francos is today part of the elite of great white wines, present on some great tables in France, it is classified among the 5% best wines in the world on the community application oenophile, Vivino.

“...A relatively recent field, to be continued. Has grip, texture and personality, and delivers in terms of structure and interest. It's a white wine where you know there's something interesting in the glass, and you can drink it now or give it a few years. Definition and tension, rosemary and citrus fruits, from a blend of 50% Sauvignon Blanc, 50% Sémillon, in barrel for 10 months. ....”

“...The very youthful bouquet of Ad Francos reveals itself step by step and requires a lot of air in order to blossom. It reveals nuances of stone fruits, grapefruit and spices. The wine is delicious, juicy and displays a good aromatic expression on the finish. The finish is slightly saline and lively. A wine of character, with tension, to be savored in its youth....”

“...Intense sunny golden color with ocher nuances. The bouquet is open and complex with a well-stocked basket of white and exotic fruits. Some pastry scents (brioche, vanilla flank, frangipane, etc.) and dried fruits (hazelnut) bring sweetness to an engaging whole. The palate is full and very aromatic. The tasters highlight its concentration of material, its fat/acidity balance and its crunchy fruity flavors: The finale of this gastronomy cuvée, testifies through its length and its tension to the ambition of a perfectly vinified cuvée. Well done...."
